Aviation Manager manages overall aviation operations focused on operational efficiency and compliance with regulatory and organizational operating policies, procedures, and standards. Develops plans and schedules skill development and training sessions for pilots, crews, and operators. Being a Aviation Manager ensures all operations follow and comply with current FAA regulations, airworthiness, and safety standards. Oversees flight scheduling, aircraft maintenance, and inspection operations. Additionally, Aviation Manager applies risk management best practices for safety to assess and manage operations May require a bachelor's degree or equivalent. Typically reports to senior management. Overview of the Position:
Perform maintenance on commercial aircraft components. Work to ensure that customer orders are complete within the Repair Group's standards and procedures by performing the following duties. Assist with training new technicians and may coordinate work of other technicians.

Education / Experience Requirements: High school diploma or GED required. Prefer some related college courses, certificate or associate degree. Minimum two years’ related experience and/or training. Or equivalent combination of education and experience.
