Requires 0-2 years of experience in the field or in a related area. Additionally, Automotive Glass Installer/Repairer has knowledge of commonly-used concepts, practices, and procedures within a particular field. Willing to train. Must be MECHANICALLY INCLINED and have the skill to operate hand and power tools and equipment. Major tools are company provided. Having your own basic tools is a plus.
Install, repair, and replace auto glass in-shop or on a mobile basis. Utilizes the proper tools and techniques to ensure efficient, timely, and quality installation service for customers.
This position interacts daily with customers, Customer Service Representatives, other technicians, and the Manager. Maintain excellent spoken and written communication for customer and associate relationships.
You must have and maintain a clean driver's license. You must be able to pass a background check and drug test.
High school diploma or GED required.
MUST HAVE POSITIVE ATTITUDE.
Ability to lift and carry large, heavy objects.
Any automotive/auto body experience is a plus.
Perform miscellaneous duties as assigned.
