Automotive Glass Installer/Repairer jobs in Iowa
Automotive Glass Installer/Repairer checks, installs, and repairs damaged glass parts of vehicles. Requires a high school diploma or its equivalent. Being an Automotive Glass Installer/Repairer may be required to be licensed or to complete an apprenticeship in an area of specialty. Requires 0-2 years of experience in the field or in a related area. Additionally, Automotive Glass Installer/Repairer has knowledge of commonly-used concepts, practices, and procedures within a particular field. Relies on instructions and pre-established guidelines to perform the functions of the job. Works under immediate supervision. Maintain communication with management and local support team to stay up to date on any job changes, cancellations or additions.
Complete necessary paperwork and make bank deposits in a timely fashion.

What Glass America needs of you to join the team :
Minimum 2 years experience replacing automotive glass.
Body shop (R&I / R&R) and flat glass experience is a plus.
Strong work ethic and attendance.
Problem solver who can work independently.
Valid Driver’s License - must be able to pass a drug screen and background / mvr check.
