The Estimator interprets the scope of work, opening requirements identifies errors and omissions for each project specified with the project documents including but not limited to plans, specifications and addendums

Minimum Requirements:
Proven experience in estimating commercial, multi-family, federal/government, hospitality, industrial and medical projects for Division 8 and Division 10. Basic understanding of Divisions 26, 27 and 28.
Minimum Educational Req:
2 to 4-year construction related degree preferred.
