    Overview:

    We are seeking an experienced Estimator to join our team. As an Estimator, you will play a crucial role in our signageprojects by providing accurate cost estimates and ensuring efficient project planning. This is a full-time position based in .

    Duties:

    - Review and analyze project plans, specifications, and other relevant documents

    - Conduct site visits to gather necessary information for estimating purposes

    - Prepare detailed cost estimates for construction projects, including labor, materials, equipment, and subcontractor costs

    - Collaborate with project managers, architects, engineers, and subcontractors to ensure accurate estimates

    - Utilize sign industry specific software to create comprehensive estimates

    - Negotiate and secure competitive pricing from suppliers and subcontractors

    - Assist with project management duties as needed

    Skills:

    - Strong knowledge of construction estimating principles and practices

    - Excellent mathematical and analytical skills

    - Ability to read and interpret blueprints, drawings, and specifications

    - Familiarity with construction management processes and procedures

    - Strong attention to detail and accuracy

    - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

    - Strong organizational and time management abilities

    Requirements:

    - Proven experience as an Estimator in the construction industry

    - Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)

    - Ability to work independently as well as part of a team

    - Strong problem-solving skills
