Auditing Supervisor supervises the day-to-day execution of a comprehensive enterprise-wide internal auditing strategy, function, and practice adhering to auditing standards and regulatory requirements. Supports auditing teams with resources, training, expertise, and problem-solving help to complete auditing projects. Being an Auditing Supervisor uses auditing governance frameworks and procedures to plan and manage the auditing schedules, projects, teams, and tasks required to meet defined objectives. Engages with other functions across the enterprise, like risk, finance, information technology, and security, to facilitate audits. Additionally, Auditing Supervisor prepares audit reports, documentation, and recommendations for enhanced controls or processes. Requires a bachelor's degree. May require or be working towards a Certified Public Accountant (CPA). Typically reports to a manager. The Auditing Supervisor supervises a small group of para-professional staff in an organization characterized by highly transactional or repetitive processes. Contributes to the development of processes and procedures. To be an Auditing Supervisor typically requires 3 years experience in the related area as an individual contributor.     Salary:  $20 - $25 / hr

    Schedule: Mon, Tue, Wed, Thu 6:30 am - 7:30 pm; Fri 6:30 am - 3:00 pm, one Saturday per month from 7:30 am - 3:30 pm

    How You’ll Make a Difference

    As a Supervisor, you will report to the Manager and perform daily front office tasks and duties to help create lasting impressions and build trust and loyalty with patients. When you join an Aspen Dental practice, you’ll participate in an eight-week training program to succeed in your role.

    • Provide superior patient service with compassion and care in accordance with patient needs, company policies and procedures, government regulations, and dental board standards
    • Work collaboratively with other members of the dental team to provide exceptional patient care
    • Consult with patients on treatment options provided by the clinical team, verify insurance payment and collection ensure high-quality of care
    • Under the direction of the Manager, supervise and reinforce the daily tasks and priorities of the non-clinical team
    • Review data day to day to evaluate the impact on the practice
    • Oversee scheduling and confirming patient appointments
    • Verify insurance payment, collection, balance nightly deposits, and credit card processing
    • Additional tasks assigned by the Manager 
    • Some travel is required for this position. Initial 8 weeks of training would take place in another office, location TBD in partnership with Operations Manager and Regional Manager. Additional traveling is expected occasionally to cover offices as needed. Coverage needs could be needed in any of the following states: CA, OR, WA, ID, CO, NM, AZ, UT, NV.

    Preferred Qualifications

    • High school diploma or equivalent; college degree preferred  
    • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with patients of all ages and backgrounds
    • Demonstrate analytical thinking; place a premium on leveraging data
    • Organized and detail-oriented
    • Experience in sales
