Auditing Supervisor supervises the day-to-day execution of a comprehensive enterprise-wide internal auditing strategy, function, and practice adhering to auditing standards and regulatory requirements. Supports auditing teams with resources, training, expertise, and problem-solving help to complete auditing projects. Being an Auditing Supervisor uses auditing governance frameworks and procedures to plan and manage the auditing schedules, projects, teams, and tasks required to meet defined objectives. Engages with other functions across the enterprise, like risk, finance, information technology, and security, to facilitate audits. Additionally, Auditing Supervisor prepares audit reports, documentation, and recommendations for enhanced controls or processes. Requires a bachelor's degree. May require or be working towards a Certified Public Accountant (CPA). Typically reports to a manager. The Auditing Supervisor supervises a small group of para-professional staff in an organization characterized by highly transactional or repetitive processes. Contributes to the development of processes and procedures. To be an Auditing Supervisor typically requires 3 years experience in the related area as an individual contributor.     The Scanning & Auditing Clerk will scan all physical documents from various departments to produce digital copies of all records and handle all aspects of new and used inventory in accounting in a timely and accurate manner. High performers will build upon their accounting acumen and deeper knowledge in the industry while also building relationships and skills. This will serve them well on a path to growth within the accounting department.

    The Scanning & Auditing Clerk is supervised by the Office Manager

    ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS AND DUTIES

    · Responsible for sorting and preparing documents for imaging, correctly scanning, inspecting and accurately indexing those images.

    · Quality Control to ensure all images are readable, oriented properly, and that all images in each batch have been scanned correctly and legibly.

    · Confidentiality with all client and organization information to ensure it is protected.

    · Maintenance of scanning machine for performance and quality of documents being saved.

    · Support the accounting department with clerical and other duties as needed.

    · Other duties as assigned.

    · Constructively communicate with other dealership personnel.

    · Report to management any situation or condition that jeopardizes the safety, welfare, or integrity of the dealership, its personnel, or customers. 

    · Maintain personal grooming, hygiene, and uniform standards according to departmental policies.  

    · Arrive at work, take breaks, and depart work at the times designated by management.

    · Attend meetings and trainings as scheduled.

    · Ensure that work areas and customer waiting areas are kept clean

    · Previous experience as a document auditor or in a related position, preferred.

    · Typing and 10 key operation by touch, computer friendly

    · Working Conditions: Considerable use of telephone, computer and other office equipment. Work outside and inside, around moving objects, and with vehicles and machinery with moving parts. Frequent exposure to dampness and humidity, toxic chemicals, exhaust fumes, gasoline, and diesel fuel.

    Hiring Requirements

    · High school graduate or equivalent.

    · 18 years or older

    · Possess an acceptable driving record and valid driver’s license in state of residence

    · A criminal history background check will be conducted prior to beginning employment 

    · Clear pre-employment drug screen
