Being an Auditing Project Lead prepares auditing reports and suggestions to management. Provides oversight and guidance for auditors and may be responsible for training staff. Additionally, Auditing Project Lead ensures standard auditing practices are followed. Requires a bachelor's degree. May sometimes require the Certified Public Accountant (CPA)credential. Typically reports to a director or head of a unit/department. The Auditing Project Lead supervises a group of primarily para-professional level staffs. SAIC is the sole provider of Systems and Software Assurance Services to the NASA IV&V Program located in Fairmont, West Virginia. At the NASA IV&V Facility, we support NASA's IV&V Program, delivering analysis and verification & validation of safety-critical and mission-critical software for a number of important NASA programs, including both human and robotic exploration as well as earth and space science collection platforms.
SAIC is seeking a management support team member to join our team of qualified, diverse individuals. This position is in support of the NASA Systems and Software Assurance Services 2 (SAS2) Program. The successful candidate will provide technical writing assistance and guidance across the program, assist project management personnel in administrative functions, and serve as a business analyst to help define and document various business processes. Specific support will include:
Project management assistance
Technical writing/editing
Business process analysis
Other administrative and process analysis functions as needed
Qualifications
TYPICAL EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE: Bachelors and five (5) years or more experience
CLEARANCE: Ability to obtain and maintain a Public Trust Security Clearance
