As the Back of House Lead, you'll be ensuring the consistent preparation of excellent quality menu items with a sense of urgency while creating a clean, friendly, and efficient environment. Your role involves effective communication with managers, maintaining facility cleanliness, and ensuring compliance with safety standards. Plus, you'll have the opportunity to interact with team members and guests to create a positive experience all around!

Responsibilities:

• Ensure smooth kitchen operations and uphold TCF standards.
• Provide exceptional customer service and address guest needs.
• Maintain cleanliness and report maintenance issues promptly.
• Demonstrate leadership qualities and motivate team members.
• Ensure compliance with health and safety policies.
• Communicate effectively with supervisors and report issues promptly.

Requirements:

• Great personality and willingness to serve.
• Previous experience in a similar role or customer service position
• Strong communication skills and ability to multitask.
• Adherence to health and safety procedures
• Ability to work nights, weekends, and holidays.
• Focus on safety and cleanliness.
• Effective communication and issue reporting.
• At least 16 years of age or older.

Physical Requirements:

• Prolonged standing and moving around the kitchen.
• Ability to lift and carry objects up to 25 pounds.
• Comfortable working in a dynamic environment with noise and varying temperatures
• Good eyesight for safety compliance
