Auditing Project Lead leads a group of auditors who identify risk, assess performance, prepare financial reports in various complex auditing projects. Schedules audit plans and builds audit criteria, ensures all auditing activities in accordance with organization's policies and standards. Being an Auditing Project Lead prepares auditing reports and suggestions to management. Provides oversight and guidance for auditors and may be responsible for training staff. Additionally, Auditing Project Lead ensures standard auditing practices are followed. Requires a bachelor's degree. May sometimes require the Certified Public Accountant (CPA)credential. Typically reports to a director or head of a unit/department. The Auditing Project Lead supervises a group of primarily para-professional level staffs. May also be a level above a supervisor within high volume administrative/ production environments. Makes day-to-day decisions within or for a group/small department. Has some authority for personnel actions. To be an Auditing Project Lead typically requires 3-5 years experience in the related area as an individual contributor.     REPORTS TO: Store Manager (Ziggy’s)

    Position Status: Part-time hourly employee at 15-24 hours per week

    Shifts: Friday, Saturday, and Sunday

    Term: At will

    Expectations:

    • Results driven retail store shift supervisor responsible for day-to-day store management and operations
    • Provide service with integrity, respect, and empathy
    • Maintain a safe and structured environment
    • Lead team by example through a strong work ethic and providing excellent customer service
    • Foster and encourage a positive, safe, friendly, welcoming environment for employees and customers at Ziggy’s

    Education & Experience Requirements:

    • High school diploma or equivalent and at least 2 years of relevant work experience OR Bachelor’s degree and at least 1 year of relevant work experience

    Ziggy’s Responsibilities:

    • Ensure day-to-day staffing levels are adequate to support customer needs, with an awareness of seasonal changes in customers and fiscal implications to overall store budget. Inform Store Manager as necessary of staffing issues/concerns
    • Guide CSR team to best support the DreamTree/Ziggy’s business plan; fairly delegate duties and clearly communicate expectations
    • Responsible for ongoing staff engagement and fostering a respectful work environment with open communication amongst the team
    • Assist Store Manager to manage store inventory to ensure appropriate levels are onhand. Be aware of fluctuations in need and the need to adjust ordering accordingly.
    • Implement daily, weekly, monthly, annual operating and cleaning checklists as instructed by Store Manager. Ensure that expectations are met by deadline
    • Maintain protocols and standards to ensure a safe and healthy environment for customers and staff. Ensure food safety protocols and procedures are followed consistently and that all employees are provided the necessary tools and training to further this initiative
    • Handle issues and concerns expressed by staff or customers (complaints, grievances, etc.) in a timely and respectful manner. Inform Store Manager of all issues/concerns with appropriate level of urgency.
    • Assist Store Manager to oversee day-to-day store operations, finances, facility and staff
    • Assist Store Manager as instructed to manage day-to-day cash handling procedure for the store; ensure cash drawer(s) are reconciled by shift/day, petty cash is maintained. Responsible to notify Store Manager of petty cash and change needs with ample time to remedy
    • Support the Store Manager to maintain meticulous records including (but not limited to) inventory, employee work hours, product margins, job performance, etc.
    • Cover store shifts as needed
    • Participate in Ziggy’s team meetings as necessary and one-on-one meetings with appropriate personnel as necessary
    • Maintain a clean driving record based on DreamTree Project requirements
    • Other duties as assigned and as the position requires

    Additional Compensation:

    • $100 = 30 Days after start date
    • $100 = 60 Days after start date

    Job Type: Part-time
