Auditing Project Lead leads a group of auditors who identify risk, assess performance, prepare financial reports in various complex auditing projects. Schedules audit plans and builds audit criteria, ensures all auditing activities in accordance with organization's policies and standards. Being an Auditing Project Lead prepares auditing reports and suggestions to management. Provides oversight and guidance for auditors and may be responsible for training staff. Additionally, Auditing Project Lead ensures standard auditing practices are followed. Requires a bachelor's degree. May sometimes require the Certified Public Accountant (CPA)credential. Typically reports to a director or head of a unit/department. The Auditing Project Lead supervises a group of primarily para-professional level staffs. Position Overview:
As the Project Lead for Creating Community Consulting (CCC) you will be leading work to improve health outcomes and healthy economies in Becker County. This role will include community engagement, facilitation, project management, writing and managing grants and working with clients located in the Becker County area. Your goal will be to work effectively with your team to create community change. Your success will directly create positive impact in communities and help build sustainability for projects.

Environment: Work can be performed in a remote, office, or hybrid setting depending on assignments and personal preference, with a physical office space available in Frazee. Many assignments may require attending in-person meetings throughout the Becker County area.
Physical: Primary functions require sufficient physical ability and mobility to work in an office setting; to stand or sit for prolonged periods of time; to occasionally stoop, bend, kneel, crouch, reach, and twist; to lift, carry, push, and/or pull light to moderate amounts of weight 20 lbs; to operate office equipment requiring repetitive hand movement and fine coordination including use of a computer keyboard; to travel to other locations using various modes of private and commercial transportation; and to verbally communicate to exchange information.
Travel: Some assigned work and team meetings may require travel using personal vehicles throughout Minnesota or North Dakota. Estimate traveling less than 10% for work requiring travel outside of the Becker County area.
Job Type & Working Hours:
This position is full-time, up to 40 hours a week. Schedule will be flexible within assigned deadlines set in a given two week pay period.
Compensation & Benefits:
This is a full-time, salaried position with compensation between $50,000 to $65,000 annually based on experience.
