Auditing Project Lead leads a group of auditors who identify risk, assess performance, prepare financial reports in various complex auditing projects. Schedules audit plans and builds audit criteria, ensures all auditing activities in accordance with organization's policies and standards. Being an Auditing Project Lead prepares auditing reports and suggestions to management. Provides oversight and guidance for auditors and may be responsible for training staff. Additionally, Auditing Project Lead ensures standard auditing practices are followed. Requires a bachelor's degree. May sometimes require the Certified Public Accountant (CPA)credential. Typically reports to a director or head of a unit/department. The Auditing Project Lead supervises a group of primarily para-professional level staffs. May also be a level above a supervisor within high volume administrative/ production environments. Makes day-to-day decisions within or for a group/small department. Has some authority for personnel actions. To be an Auditing Project Lead typically requires 3-5 years experience in the related area as an individual contributor.   • Overview:
    We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Lead Maintenance professional to join our team. As the Lead Maintenance, you will be responsible for supervising and coordinating the maintenance activities within our facility. This is a key role that requires strong leadership skills, technical expertise, and the ability to effectively manage a team.

    Responsibilities:
    - Supervise and lead a team of maintenance technicians, providing guidance and support to ensure efficient and effective maintenance operations
    - Develop and implement preventive maintenance programs to minimize equipment downtime and maximize productivity
    - Conduct regular inspections of machinery, equipment, and facilities to identify any issues or potential problems
    - Coordinate with other departments to schedule maintenance activities and minimize disruptions to production
    - Utilize computerized maintenance management systems (CMMS) to track work orders, inventory, and equipment history
    - Troubleshoot and repair mechanical issues, including but not limited to motors, pumps, conveyors, and logic controllers
    - Perform welding, fabrication, and other skilled trades tasks as needed
    - Read and interpret technical manuals, blueprints, schematics, and diagrams
    - Ensure compliance with safety regulations and maintain a safe work environment

    Skills:
    - Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and guide a team
    - Proficient in using CMMS software for maintenance tracking and scheduling
    - Mechanical knowledge and experience in troubleshooting and repairing industrial equipment
    - Excellent communication skills in English, both verbal and written
    - Ability to maintain accurate records of maintenance activities
    - Familiarity with reading and interpreting technical manuals, blueprints, schematics, and diagrams
    - Experience in facilities maintenance is preferred
