Auditing Manager executes a comprehensive enterprise-wide internal auditing strategy, function, and practice adhering to auditing standards and regulatory requirements. Uses auditing governance frameworks and procedures to plan and manage the auditing schedules, projects, teams, and tasks required to meet defined objectives. Being an Auditing Manager engages with other functions across the enterprise, like risk, finance, information technology, and security, to facilitate audits. Prepares audit reports and recommends enhanced controls or processes as needed. Additionally, Auditing Manager builds auditing teams and expertise with coaching and developmental initiatives. Requires a bachelor's degree. Typically requires a Certified Public Accountant (CPA). May sometimes require Certified Internal Auditor (CIA). Typically reports to a director. The Auditing Manager manages subordinate staff in the day-to-day performance of their jobs. True first level manager. Ensures that project/department milestones/goals are met and adhering to approved budgets. Has full authority for personnel actions. To be an Auditing Manager typically requires 5 years experience in the related area as an individual contributor. 1 - 3 years supervisory experience may be required.     Required Qualifications

    QUALIFICATIONS:
    • Must be at least 18 years of age
    • High school diploma, GED or equivalent work experience; Associate’s degree preferred
    • 1 years of restaurant leadership experience preferred
    • Driving is essential for this position so a valid driver’s license with liability insurance, a good driving record and a satisfactory background check is required
    • Strong communication and negotiation skills along with the ability to motivate a team
    • Demonstrated ability to work in a team environment with strong leadership skills
    • Knowledge of back-of-house systems, point-of-sale systems, restaurant operating systems, budgetary concepts and procedures, performance review process and more
    • Food Handlers Certification
    • Food Safety Certification (requirement may vary based on city, county or state)
    REQUIREMENTS:
    • Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs.
    • Must be able to stand during entire shift
    • Must be able to reach, bend, stoop, lift, shake, stir, pour, carry, and push on occasion
    • Must be able to read (orders on tickets, menu board, receipts, etc.)
    • Frequent contact/immersion of hands in water, cleaning and sanitation solutions, meat products, poultry products, seafood, and produce items
    • Frequent washing of hands
    • Must be able to use computers, telephones, and office equipment
