RESPONSIBILITIES OF MANAGER:

• Oversee general operations for services including staffing, purchasing, physical environment and maintenance.
• Directly supervises and evaluates direct support professionals.
• Ensures development and implementation of all services with attention to the well-being and quality of life for each person.

QUALIFICATIONS OF MANAGER:

• Bachelor’s Degree in the Human Service Field.
• At least two years' experience working in the field of Intellectual and Developmental Disabilities.
• Skills in supervision and management.
• Written and verbal communication skills required.

• High School Diploma with 10 years' of significant experience with a proven track record at Mountain Lake Services or 5 years' significant experience at Mountain Lake Services and 5 years' of experience at an agency that provides services to people with intellectual and developmental disabilities may be considered in lieu of a Bachelor's Degree.

This is a Full Time, 40 hour per week position, with Saturday and Sunday off.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $55,341.00 - $60,000.00 per year
