Auditing Director executes a comprehensive enterprise-wide internal auditing strategy, function, and practice adhering to auditing standards and regulatory requirements. Uses auditing governance frameworks and procedures to plan and manage the auditing schedules, projects, teams, and tasks required to meet defined objectives. Being an Auditing Director engages with other functions across the enterprise, like risk, finance, information technology, and security, to facilitate audits. Prepares audit reports and recommends enhanced controls or processes as needed. Additionally, Auditing Director builds auditing teams and expertise with coaching and developmental initiatives. Requires a bachelor's degree. Typically requires a Certified Public Accountant (CPA). May sometimes require Certified Internal Auditor (CIA). Typically reports to a director. The Auditing Director typically manages through subordinate managers and professionals in larger groups of moderate complexity. Provides input to strategic decisions that affect the functional area of responsibility. May give input into developing the budget. To be an Auditing Director typically requires 3+ years of managerial experience. Capable of resolving escalated issues arising from operations and requiring coordination with other departments.     Accountabilities:
    In this role, you will be responsible for leading the development and execution of an integrated US brand plan, creating innovative market development strategies, and developing deep customer insights. You will also handle marketing budgets and resources, work with the highest degree of professionalism, and in accordance with the company’s code of Ethics and Business Conduct.

    Essential Skills/Experience:
    • Bachelor’s Degree (Business or Science focus preferred)
    • Minimum 8 years pharmaceutical and/or healthcare experience
    • Shown success in marketing, including launching innovative products
    • Successful delivery of strategic and operational plans within a therapeutic or business area

    Ability to effectively lead and influence individuals at all levels and cross-functionally

    • Sound business judgment, ethical behavior, decisiveness, and strategic vision
    • Excellent communication and presentation skills 
    • Experience building strong external relationships within a therapy ecosystem across healthcare professionals, key accounts, and patient groups
    • Strong financial acuity with the ability to assess and get results
    • Requires approximately 10-20% travel

    Desirable Skills/Experience:
    • Advanced Degree in business, marketing, or the sciences
    • Experience in hospital sales and/or marketing
    • Experience in neurology, GI, and/or trauma
    • Highly Specialized Product launch/life-cycle experience 
    • Social/ Digital marketing experience
    • Direct-report leadership experience
