ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
Work with a team to provide audio/visual support to all events in the University of Wyoming Conference Center, the Marian H. Rochelle Gateway Center, and any other spaces our AV equipment is being used. This support includes, but is not limited to, setting up and maintaining audio/visual equipment, configuring and operating projectors, microphones, audio mixing consoles, video switchers, teleconferencing equipment, storage room, and providing excellent customer service to clients and guests.
Provide technical assistance and support for clients during events as requested. Perform duties in a friendly, professional, and courteous manner always. Report directly to the Audio/Visual Services Coordinator. Complete other duties as assigned
REMOTE WORK ELIGIBILITY: This position provides vital support to campus customers and requires the successful candidate be available to work on campus.
