Responsibilities:
1. Invoicing and Collections:
- Deliver and process accurate and timely invoices for clients based on sales orders and contractual agreements.
- Collaborate with the finance team to ensure seamless collection of payments and manage any outstanding accounts.
2. Customer Interaction:
- Serve as a point of contact for customer inquiries related to billing, invoices, and payment processes.
- Build and maintain positive relationships with clients to enhance customer satisfaction and address concerns promptly.
3. Data Management:
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of sales transactions, customer interactions, and invoicing details.
- Utilize CRM software to track and manage customer accounts effectively.
4. Reporting:
- Generate regular reports on sales performance, invoicing status, and collections to provide insights to the sales team and CCO.
- Identify trends and recommend improvements in sales and billing processes.
5. Collaboration:
- Collaborate with the CCO and other stakeholders to streamline and optimize sales and administrative processes.
- Provide support for special projects and initiatives as needed.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, or a related field.
- Proven experience in sales administration, invoicing, and collections.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Proficiency in using CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks effectively.
