The primary responsibility of an AV Technician is to deliver high-quality audio and video experiences for presentations, events, and meetings.

    Key Responsibilities:

    1. Equipment Setup and Operation:

      • Install, configure, and troubleshoot audio-visual equipment, including projectors, microphones, sound systems, displays, cameras, and lighting systems.
      • Ensure all AV equipment is functioning correctly and is properly calibrated for optimal performance.
      • Operate AV equipment during live events, meetings, and presentations, including managing audio levels, video feeds, and lighting.
    2. Technical Support:

      • Provide technical support to users, presenters, or event organizers before, during, and after AV-related events.
      • Troubleshoot and resolve equipment and system issues quickly to minimize disruptions.
      • Offer guidance and training to users on operating AV equipment effectively.
    3. Maintenance and Repair:

      • Perform routine maintenance and preventative checks on AV equipment to ensure reliability.
      • Coordinate and schedule repairs or replacements for faulty equipment, liaising with vendors or service providers when necessary.
    4. Cable Management:

      • Organize and manage audio and video cables to maintain a neat and safe working environment.
      • Label and document cable connections for easy identification and troubleshooting.
    5. Integration and Upgrades:
