    Position Overview: As the Audio Visual Warehouse Technician, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the smooth functioning of our warehouse operations. You will be responsible for managing gear preparation, order checking, inventory management, and pre-check/post-check of equipment to ensure quality control. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in warehouse operations, preferably within the audio visual industry, and possess excellent organizational and leadership skills, however no experience is required.

    Responsibilities:

    • Supervise and coordinate daily activities within the warehouse, including gear preparation, order fulfillment, and inventory management.
    • Oversee the receiving, storage, and distribution of audio visual equipment, ensuring accuracy and efficiency at all times.
    • Develop and implement standard operating procedures (SOPs) to optimize warehouse processes and maximize productivity.
    • Train and mentor warehouse staff, providing guidance on proper equipment handling, safety protocols, and quality control measures.
    • Conduct regular inventory audits to maintain accurate stock levels and minimize discrepancies.
    • Collaborate with other departments, including event teams and production, to fulfill client orders and support event operations.
    • Monitor equipment maintenance schedules and coordinate repairs or replacements as needed.
    • Implement safety protocols and ensure compliance with all health and safety regulations.

    Qualifications:

    • Proven experience in warehouse management, preferably within the audio visual industry.
    • Strong knowledge of warehouse operations, inventory management principles, and logistics processes.
    • Excellent leadership and interpersonal skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a team.
    • Detail-oriented with a focus on accuracy and quality assurance.
    • Proficient in using warehouse management software and MS Office applications.
    • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively.
    • Strong problem-solving abilities and a proactive approach to addressing challenges.
    • Knowledge of audio visual equipment is advantageous.
