Performs production editing, routine maintenance, and inventory tracking. Being an Audio Visual Technician coordinates with clients on placement, integration, and ensures functionality of projectors, lighting, microphones, sound mixing, recording and video-conferencing equipment for live events and meetings. Responds to and resolves routine questions and technical issues. Additionally, Audio Visual Technician may require an associate degree. Typically reports to a supervisor or manager. Testing, troubleshooting, and resolving any issues with installed systems.
Handle emergency/last minute requests and working with client to ensure systems are 100% functional. Not all heroes wear capes.
Become an expert of Casaplex products and services by creating and maintaining comprehensive documentation for all implemented systems.
3 years of solid technical experience in client/customer service, preferably in the Audio/Video industry.
Familiarity with electronic systems including current AV technologies, security systems and/or network/IT technology is desired. CTS certification a plus.
Passion in providing first class service that is evident in your prompt response and approach in dealing with client issues. You can put yourself in our client’s shoes and advocate for them when necessary.
