Responsibilities of this position include coaching athletes, leading coaching staff, and ensuring the quality of client experience. Their primary focus will be leading training sessions, training coaches, and connecting with athletes. Daily responsibilities include opening and closing procedures, all programming communications, service delivery/training, executing large training and testing events, speaking with parents of prospective and current members, performance testing and all data collection & communication.
