Job Summary: As a Health Technician - Therapy and Treatment at Club Five, you will be an essential member of our healthcare team, responsible for delivering therapies and treatments as outlined in the summary page. Your duties will include accurately documenting patient visits in the Electronic Medical Record (EMR) system, ensuring correct billing codes for insurance and cash visits, and maintaining a clean and organized workspace. You will also act as a liaison between patients and practitioners, advocating for patients' needs and facilitating open communication. Continual education on all therapies and treatments offered at Club5 will be crucial to stay updated on best practices and provide optimal care. Additionally, meeting patient appointments targets per month will contribute to the success of our healthcare department.
