Professor - Physical Therapy provides tutoring and academic counseling to students, maintains classes related records, and assesses student coursework. Collaborates and supports colleagues regarding research interests and co-curricular activities. Additionally, Asst. Professor - Physical Therapy typically reports to a department head. South Bend Orthopaedics is currently searching for a full-time Physical Therapist Assistant.

South Bend Orthopaedics, with additional locations in Mishawaka, Plymouth, La Porte and Elkhart, Indiana has provided the orthopaedic surgeons for their athletic department since 1949.

STANDARD QUALIFICATIONS
Education: Graduate of an accredited physical therapist assistant program; and licensed as a physical therapist assistant in the State of Indiana.
Experience: Minimum of two years experience in orthopedics preferred. New graduates considered.
Environmental/Working Conditions
Combination of office and treatment areas. Exposure to communicable diseases and other conditions common to a clinic setting. Exposure to electrical equipment and cleaning solutions. Frequent contact with staff, patients, and visitors. Work may be stressful at times. Interactions with others are constant and interruptive.
