Asst. Professor - Nursing teaches courses in the discipline area of nursing. Develops and designs curriculum plans to foster student learning, stimulate class discussions, and ensures student engagement. Being an Asst. Professor - Nursing provides tutoring and academic counseling to students, maintains classes related records, and assesses student coursework. Collaborates and supports colleagues regarding research interests and co-curricular activities. Additionally, Asst. Professor - Nursing typically reports to a department head. Requires a PhD or terminal degree appropriate to the field. Has experience and is qualified to teach at undergraduate and graduate levels and contributes to research In a specialized field. The primary purpose of this position is to provide quality nursing care to residents with routine daily nursing care and services in accordance with the resident’s assessment and care plan, and as directed by your supervisor.
Job Types: Part-time, Full-time
Salary: $19.00 - $23.20 per hour depending on experience. Sign-on Bonus!Windsor will pay for CNAs to return to school and earn their nursing degree!
