Job Summary:
We are seeking a passionate and experienced Music Teacher to join our team. As a Music Teacher, you will be responsible for providing high-quality music education to students of various ages and skill levels. Your role will involve teaching music theory, instrument lessons, and facilitating ensemble rehearsals. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in music education and a passion for inspiring students through the power of music.

Duties:
- Develop and implement engaging lesson plans that align with curriculum standards
- Teach music theory, sight-reading, and ear training
- Provide individual and group instruction on various musical instruments
- Conduct ensemble rehearsals and prepare students for performances
- Foster a positive and inclusive learning environment
- Assess student progress and provide constructive feedback
- Collaborate with other teachers and staff to coordinate performances and events
- Utilize effective classroom management techniques to maintain a productive learning environment
- Incorporate technology and innovative teaching methods into lessons

Requirements:
- Proven experience teaching music to students of different age groups
- Strong knowledge of music theory, history, and performance techniques
- Proficiency in playing at least one musical instrument
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to adapt teaching methods to meet the needs of individual students
- Experience working with diverse student populations, including early childhood education
- Familiarity with behavior management strategies in a classroom setting
- Experience in tutoring or providing additional support to students is a plus
