A Production Specialist for Fortz Legal Support provides transcript production services for attorneys, law firms, and corporate clients. The right candidate will be responsible for producing and delivering legal transcripts and sometimes synched videos, preparing court reporting jobs for billing, and answering client email and phone calls. The role of this individual will also support and assist with remote depositions through Zoom and assist with other office tasks.

Responsibilities:

• Document Preparation and Scanning of documents
• Processing printed transcripts to fulfill client orders including sorting, tabbing, binding and shipping
• Quality Control of Transcript packages to ensure proper order fulfillment
• Local delivery of Rush packages to clients
• Package Intake Logging and internal delivery
• Tracking assignment status on proprietary computer system
• Interaction with other departments to resolve inquiries or assist them with their daily activities
• Maintenance and interaction with service companies of large-scale production equipment

Qualifications:

• Strong interpersonal, customer service and communication skills
• Focus on details, quality assurance, problem solving
• Ability to multitask and prioritize
• Planning and organization
• Proficient in Microsoft Office suite

Experience proof-reading or preparing documents could be beneficial. Positive interaction with others is necessary, but work is done primarily alone.

Educational Experience:

• High School diploma or GED required

Physical Requirements:

• Office environment
• Standing and sitting for extended periods of time
• Expected hours: 40 per week, 8:30am-5pm, with some flexibility to stay later if needed – very infrequent.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $16.00 - $20.00 per hour
