Develops and designs curriculum plans to foster student learning, stimulate class discussions, and ensures student engagement. Being an Asst. Professor - Legal Support provides tutoring and academic counseling to students, maintains classes related records, and assesses student coursework. Collaborates and supports colleagues regarding research interests and co-curricular activities. Additionally, Asst. Professor - Legal Support typically reports to a department head. Requires a PhD or terminal degree appropriate to the field. Has experience and is qualified to teach at undergraduate and graduate levels and contributes to research In a specialized field. This is role will require reporting onsite to various locations throughout the week.
Key Responsibilities of a Digital Reporter - Legal Proceedings:
- 🎙️ Digital Recording: Capture spoken testimony during legal proceedings.
- 💻 Tech Proficiency: Operate computer audio equipment after our training program.
- 📝 Documentation: Create annotations and maintain speaker identifications.
Requirements of a Digital Reporter - Legal Proceedings:
- 💻 Tech Enthusiast: Comfortable with computers and software.
- 📝 Quick Typist: Typing speed of 50 words per minute.
- 🗣️ Communication Skills: Strong verbal and written communication.
- 💼 Notary: Ability to obtain a state Notary Commission as applicable (we'll assist)
- AAERT Certification Required in some states; If not already AAERT Certified, we will provide training and opportunity for certification.
