Summary: Responsible for performing data entry duties related to process service in an efficient and accurate manner by performing the following duties. This is for the legal industry, and is not related to healthcare/coding.

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Responsible for processing sensitive and confidential documents
• Enters appropriate legal information into computer system in an accurate manner.
• Generates data entry printouts and proofreads for accuracy.
• Resolves or reports problems encountered immediately, including unreadable data, unacceptable data, equipment malfunctions and any other problems to the reporting supervisor.
• Performs various clerical duties to include, but not limited to: Typing, Photocopying/printing, Faxing/scanning
• Provides assistance to other departments as needed.
