Lebanon Valley College seeks a part-time administrative assistant for Languages and Social Sciences. The administrative assistant provides support to the chair and faculty for the following disciplines: Languages, Sociology, Criminal Justice, and Politics. Qualifications include: a high school diploma or equivalent, two years administrative support experience, experience with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint); excellent customer service skills, the ability to multi-task effectively, excellent written and oral communication skills, and the capacity to deal effectively with a wide range of constituencies. This position works 28 hours per week during the academic year (mid-August through mid-May) when classes are in session, hourly rate is $15.00 per hour.
