We are looking for a resourceful and personable individual looking to help guide our Host Families through the process of choosing an au pair! As part of the placement team, you will identify the most compatible au pairs for your host families and proactively communicate until a match is finalized. This includes becoming familiar with Host Families’ needs and expectations of their desired future au pair, as well as providing advisory support and making recommendations. To support each placement, you will talk to Host Families frequently and respond to telephone inquiries and emails as necessary.
As a Placement Coordinator, you must be able to communicate effectively, on the phone, through emails, and in person. Enthusiasm and being proactive are essential to problem solving and completing au pair matches. As a member of the placement team, you will be expected to respond to general inquiries that come in from the customer care line. You must be able to multitask to handle multiple priorities at one time.
This is a Monday through Friday full-time 9-5pm hybrid role in the Stamford office.
Salary is a base of 55,000 with an incentive package.
