    • Engage with clients and government agencies in a professional and effective manner.
    • Independently manage and oversee projects from inception to completion.
    • Demonstrate field experience to enhance project understanding and execution.

    Qualifications:

    • Bachelor's degree in civil engineering
    • Engineer-in-Training (EIT) certification, with plans to pursue PE licensure.
    • 5 years of experience in commercial and residential design and permitting.
    • Proficiency in Carlson Civil Suite/AutoCAD for design and drafting.
    • HydroCAD and drainage experience.
    • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
    • Self-starter with the ability to anticipate and plan for project milestones.
    • Field experience is a plus.
