    Duty 1 Provide for student attendance support for PRA's specialized SERE education and training courses per JPRA's annual allocation and schedule forecast.

    Duty 2 Responsible for requirements and scheduling of programs and associated facilities; recommended solutions for scheduling conflicts.

    Duty 3 Assists in the research and analysis of program requirements for projected and planned programs and operations.

    Qualifications

    This is a GG-09 position in the Defense Civilian Intelligence Personnel System (DCIPS). The GG-09 duties for the "Technician/Administrative Support" work category are at the "Full Performance" work level and are equivalent to those at the GS-09 level. The selectee's salary will be set within the grade equivalent to a GS/GG grade based on the selectee's qualifications in relation to the job.

    In order to qualify, you must meet the Specialized experience requirements described in the Office of Personnel Management (OPM) Qualification Standards for General Schedule Positions, Management Positions

    • Knowledge of standardized regulations, office procedures, and directives related to administrative duties, Oracle Training Application (OTA), International Management Student Officer (IMSO) program, and the Automated Message Handling System (AMHS).
    • Skill in analyzing and de-conflicting training and resource requirements and schedules in a timely, integrated manner to meet customer needs and emerging operational requirements; and in using office automation systems in order to work with and manipulate database, spreadsheet, and word processing programs.
    • Ability to analyze, compile, and adjust work operations to meet program requirements and objectives within available resources; and skill in interpersonal relations in order to converse with individuals of all levels.
    • Ability to analyze, compile, and prepare reports using collected statistical date ad apply the knowledge of how the system works to retrieve data for reports and of English grammar to assist in developing staff packages, correspondence, and reports.
    • Ability to communicate orally to explain administrative requirements and to disseminate local procedures and instructions to internal and external stakeholder.
    CONDITIONS OF EMPLOYMENT CONTINUED:
    • Position is designated critical sensitive, and incumbent must be able to obtain and retain a TOP SECRET (TS) security clearance. A non-disclosure agreement must be signed.
    • Drug Testing: This position has been designated by the Air Force as a Testing Designated Position (TDP) under the Air Force Civilian Testing Program. Employee must pass initial and periodic short notice drug testing. Illegal drug use by employees in sensitive positions presents a clear threat to the mission of the Air Force, national security, and public safety.
    PART-TIME OR UNPAID EXPERIENCE: Credit will be given for appropriate unpaid and or part-time work. You must clearly identify the duties and responsibilities in each position held and the total number of hours per week.
