Ultimate Washer is currently seeking a qualified Web Designer/IT Specialist to support our Sales and Marketing team on the cutting edge of technological advancements and streamlined processes in a fast paced, rapidly growing, e-commerce business. The Web Designer/IT Specialist will provide their expertise to acquire, manage, manipulate, and analyze data and report results.

This position requires web standards, data logic, and analytical skills. The ideal candidate is capable of learning new things quickly, thriving independently, and is deadline driven.

Job Location Type: In-office [remote not allowed]

Job Type: Full-Time - 40 hr/wk (M-F)

Job Duties and Responsibilities:

• Website, Amazon Store/Listings, Walmart Store/Listings Maintenance (adding new content and products, editing and replacing images)
• Designing Promotional Material (banners, icons, logos, e-mail marketing)
• Manage Data – Price/updates, vendor cost updates, fixing, removing duplicates and product content collection
• Following Search Engine Optimization Guidelines when creating new pages
• Using Google Webmaster Tools to analyze keywords and fix any errors; Disavows, 304, 404 and 504 Errors
• Test and troubleshoot within standards to optimize the layout of materials, site performance, and compatibility with various browsers.
• Manage Shopping Cart (Shopsite)
• Create Windows set-up to new Employees (configure network, instant messenger, email, phone, admin, Fishbowl, and company calendar account)
• Managing Software Integrations between Order Manager (Fishbowl Inventory), Marketplaces (Amazon/ Walmart) and Financial Software (Quickbooks)

Knowledge, skills, and abilities:

• Fast learner and work with minimal supervision
• Great sense of direction, judgement, and initiative
• Detail-oriented and have the ability to work in a fast paced environment
• Outside-the-box thinker
• Problem solving and troubleshooting skills is a MUST HAVE.

Basic Requirements:

• Bachelors or Master’s Degree in Computer Science / Information Systems, Graphic Design, Digital Information Design or related fields
• 3 years working experience in ecommerce
• HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript, MySQL, PHP
• Fluent with Microsoft 365 programs (Word, Excel, Outlook, , etc.)
• An above average knowledge using Excel formulas - macros
• Must be willing to work in Riviera Beach, Florida.

Desired Characteristics:

• Coursework and Web design/IT experience with an ecommerce company or firm.
• Basic Adobe Photoshop skills
• Interest in the ecommerce, Amazon and Walmart marketplaces, and website development and maintenance.
• Commitment to building an inclusive work environment.
• Basics in Java are appreciated.
