About the Role
Our Associate Producer will be part of our award-winning team supporting the production of high-quality content. You will provide support on broadcast campaigns, as well as social, radio, digital, and media initiatives/campaigns. You will also have the opportunity to lead production on various elements of those campaigns, collaborating with both internal and external teams to develop and execute projects through the entire creative process  Your role will involve:

• Managing production logistics including but not limited to, budget, schedules, key production milestones, creative communication involving broadcast, digital, radio, video and social projects that come out of larger campaigns.
• Managing timelines, budgets and communication for your projects, 
• Evaluate project details, cost/budget, and timelines to make appropriate recommendations and/or provide alternative solutions.
• Facilitating meetings and interfacing with internal and external leaders as required during the process—from the planning and briefing stages through delivery.
• Acting as a conduit between creative and production resource teams; serving as the point of contact with other creative agency teams, media, content partners, and production vendors.
• Ensuring creative reviews are efficient and effective relaying relevant information to all parties
• Ensuring quality of post-production content.
• Successfully collaborate with other teams to maintain consistent vision/message/image of client’s brand and vision.
• Supporting pre and post project activities such as cost analysis, invoice reconciliation and project recap.
• Assist with contracts, review vendor proposals, and negotiations of contracts/costs.
• Staying current on media production trends, technology and best practices, and networking within the industry to ensure connections and relationships with production companies. 

About You

In addition, you have:

• 3 years of experience managing creative projects.
• Agency experience in some form – either direct or freelance.
• Experience with various technologies and platforms: Mac OS, KeyNote, Slack, Microsoft Office suite, Google Suite & Drive. 
• An eagerness for the start-up and deadline-driven environment and all the excitement, quick decision-making, and tight turnarounds this industry has to offer.
• Deep organizational skills with an eye for consistency and quality.
• Experience presenting and supporting concepts to internal and external teams and clients.
• The ability to take direction, work independently and carry out responsibilities accurately and efficiently. 
• The ability to accept changes with short notice and tolerate frequent interruptions in an environment of constantly shifting priorities.
• Ability to successfully interface and build strong cross-functional relationships with all levels of internal and external partners and team members, finding common ground and solving problems for the good of all.
• A strong customer focus, with dedication to meeting the expectations, needs and requirements of internal and external customers, successfully gaining their trust and respect.
• Strong written and verbal communications skills (in English), allowing for clear and succinct communication in a variety of settings (phone, in-person and email), and with people of various backgrounds and levels, both internally and externally.
