Associate Producer - Web implements assigned areas of a web or e-commerce projects. Coordinates schedules with internal and external content and development teams. Being a Associate Producer - Web oversees the financial expenditures on certain aspects of the project when working with vendors during design. Consults with business users and content providers regarding technical design issues, requests for modifications, and problem resolution. Additionally, Associate Producer - Web may require a bachelor's degree. Typically reports to a manager. The Associate Producer - Web supervises a group of primarily para-professional level staffs. May also be a level above a supervisor within high volume administrative/ production environments. Makes day-to-day decisions within or for a group/small department. Has some authority for personnel actions. To be a Associate Producer - Web typically requires 3-5 years experience in the related area as an individual contributor.     The Web Customer Service Associate is an intergal part of the ecommerce team. They’ll be responsible for providing an exceptional experience to all Puetz Golf Superstores customers through digital outlets and by phone. A strong knowledge of golf and golf products is necessary for success in this role. Other skills a successful Web Customer Service Associate will possess are excellent communication skills, listening skills and the ability to identify a customer’s needs, professionalism through writing and over the phone, and problem solving skills. The Web Customer Service Associate must work well in a team, as collaborating with other departments is necessary to maintain the date to day execution of our ecommerce business.

    Job flexibility is also required for this position, as the WCSA will be called upon from time to time to complete shipments including order processing, picking, packing and shipping product.

    Primary Responsibilities:
    • Maintain current knowledge of golf products, terminology, company/merchandise promotions and sales events.
    • Adapt to an ever changing digital market. Remain up to date with all elements of direct to consumer business.
    • Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, or other sources in a quick and professional manner.
    • Researching, locating, and providing appropriate product or information for customers requiring assistance with Puetz online services.
    • Fulfill customer orders correctly. Responsible for picking/pulling/ordering product from inventory, and packing boxes for shipment.
    • Research merchandise availability via computer database, maintaining stock as necessary.
    Required Skills:
    • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal. Excellent listening skills and the ability to understand a customer’s needs in order to respond to their inquiry efficiently.
    • A positive attitued and excellent customer service skills
    • Ability to learn POS, and fulfillment operating systems •
    • Ability to create and list inventory product in POS and ecommerce platform
    • Ability to operate and use all equipment necessary to work in the warehouse.
    • Ability to keep and commnicate accurate records. Basic mathematical skills related to completing customer order transactions is necessary to complete daily tasks.
    • Able to physically access all areas of the store and ability to lift and/or move up to 35 pounds at any given time.
    • Ability to work varied hours/days as business dictates.
    Required Experience:
    • Knowledge and personal experience in Golf, golf related products, or sporting goods is strongly desired
    • Minimum 12 months of related experience in golf, golf products, or golf service.
