Leads and implements outreach and educational programs and events that will maintain and grow membership. Being an Associate Pastor provides clerical support such as researching, selecting, and documenting passages or prayers to assist the pastor in planning and leading worship. Assists with administrative duties including managing calendars and schedules, preparing materials or educational documents, and communicating with volunteers. Additionally, Associate Pastor performs religious services and leads prayer. Requires a bachelor's degree. Typically reports to a pastor. The Associate Pastor occasionally directed in several aspects of the work. Gaining exposure to some of the complex tasks within the job function. The transplant center at Willis-Knighton is seeking a passionate, organized, knowledgeable individual to become a member of its front office team.
The ideal candidate will have front desk experience within a clinic setting as well as knowledge of the Meditech System.
Initiative and time management skills are also imperative for the job to be completed successfully.
The candidate will be checking in patients during clinic, covering for other front office personnel, registering patients in the Meditech system, verifying patient insurance, answering telephone calls, and communicating with multiple team members throughout the day, as well as completing other tasks within the scope of your skillset.
