Associate Pastor assists the pastor in religious services and daily operations of the organization. Responsible for outreach and educational programs that will maintain and grow membership. Being an Associate Pastor performs religious services and leads prayer. Requires a bachelor's degree. Additionally, Associate Pastor typically reports to a Pastor. The Associate Pastor gains exposure to some of the complex tasks within the job function. Occasionally directed in several aspects of the work. Life.Church conducts 131 online services every week, making church possible for people worldwide through Life.Church Online. The Host Team, comprised of dedicated volunteers, plays a crucial role in supporting these services and responding to the prayer requests of attenders.
The Life.Church Online Associate Host Team Pastor is primarily responsible for the Host Team volunteer experience and creating an environment that demonstrates the love of Jesus to Life.Church Online (LCO) attenders in partnership with the LCO Host Team Pastor. This role will also support Host Team projects, pastor attenders, and participate in team-wide initiatives.
