Associate Pastor assists the pastor in religious services and daily operations of the organization. Responsible for outreach and educational programs that will maintain and grow membership. Being an Associate Pastor performs religious services and leads prayer. Requires a bachelor's degree. Additionally, Associate Pastor typically reports to a Pastor. The Associate Pastor gains exposure to some of the complex tasks within the job function. Occasionally directed in several aspects of the work.
