Associate Medical Director supports the implementation of medical policies for the entire organization. Ensures the delivery of quality patient care. Being an Associate Medical Director researches and evaluates new treatments and medical innovations. Works collaboratively throughout the organization to ensure the adoption of standards and policies for all functional aspects of clinical services that result in patient care improvements. Additionally, Associate Medical Director requires a MD degree. Typically reports to Medical Director. The Associate Medical Director manages a departmental sub-function within a broader departmental function. Creates functional strategies and specific objectives for the sub-function and develops budgets/policies/procedures to support the functional infrastructure. Job Description:
The Associate Director, Medical Affairs leads the team that supports direct and indirect two-way communication on medical and technical matters with the Allergy Business Unit sales representatives and their customers. To improve and foster technical relationships between the business and its customers. To grow the ABU market penetration of teaching institutions with allergy fellowship programs. This position works closely with R&D to advance science within the Allergy space.

This position pays $102,120 to $170,144 per year, depending on experience, with opportunity for growth, promotion and annual raises.
