Associate Human Resources Director directs the human resources staff that implement and manage policies and programs that reflect the organization's mission and values, support company goals, achieve objectives, and positively engage the workforce. Maintains broad and current subject matter knowledge and expertise in federal and state employment laws to advise leadership with solutions for human resources issues and evolving organizational needs. Being an Associate Human Resources Director oversees processes and programs that support employees and company operations, including staffing, compensation, benefits, training, employee relations, safety, and compliance. Administers an HRIS or other system to facilitate processes, provide data, and report on HR activity. Additionally, Associate Human Resources Director requires a bachelor's degree. Typically reports to a head of a unit/department. The Associate Human Resources Director typically manages through subordinate managers and professionals in larger groups of moderate complexity. Provides input to strategic decisions that affect the functional area of responsibility. May give input into developing the budget. To be an Associate Human Resources Director typically requires 3+ years of managerial experience.     Summary

    We are looking for a self-driven and experienced candidate to join our Human Resources team. Partnering closely with and supporting the Senior Staff and Operations teams, this individual will make sure that priorities, risks, resources are established, managed, and reported appropriately. This position reports directly to the CEO.


    Responsibilities

    • Oversee all efforts to ensure optimal employee experience and manage activity involving programs and policies, talent development, federal, state, and regional compliance, employee engagement, salary/benefits administration, and employee relations
    • Provides guidance to management and staff on all HR-related matters, including policy interpretation, performance management, conflict resolution and employee relations
    • Provide analytical support in the design, planning, development and implementation of Inscripta’s compensation programs and career matrix
    • Participate in and make recommendations for Inscripta’s annual benefit renewal process, open enrollment period, and ongoing daily management of all insurance benefits
    • Leads performance management process including tool rollout, guidance, coaching, compliance, and measurement
    • Support employee recognition and engagement programs, to drive toward a culture of high-performance
    • Manages VISA and immigration compliance
    • Supports learning and development initiatives 
    • Manage Administrative HR duties as needed: updating the HRIS, org charts, payroll liaisons, leave of absence management, worker’s comp claims, employment verifications, onboarding, new hire orientation, maintaining job descriptions, among other tasks
    • Develops and manages department budget

    Requirements

    • 8 years of relevant HR experience
    • Bachelor’s degree in HR or related field
    • Excellent knowledge of employment legislation and regulations
    • Ability to take initiative and produce in a fast-paced environment
    • Ability to prioritize tasks and consistently demonstrate strong decision making and judgment skills
    • Think creatively to find optimal solutions to complex, often unstructured problems
    • Excellent leadership and team management skills
    • Strong attention to detail, organizational skills, and the ability to manage multiple projects
    • Outstanding communication (written and verbal) and interpersonal skills
    • Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
    • Experience with Paylocity, preferred

    Inscripta offers a competitive base salary, bonus plan, benefits package, 401k match and an attractive equity program to all team members.  Starting Salary Range: $150,000 -$185,000 per year. This salary range is provided per current averages and expectations. The salary and job title for this opening will be based on the selected candidate's qualifications and experience and may be outside this range.
