Additionally, Associate Housing Director typically requires a bachelor's degree. Typically reports to a Housing Director. The Associate Housing Director supervises a small group of para-professional staff in an organization characterized by highly transactional or repetitive processes. Contributes to the development of processes and procedures. To be an Associate Housing Director typically requires 3 years experience in the related area as an individual contributor.     This position is shared with a co-activity Director. It is 5 days a week with one weekend day. You will collaborate with your partner to create fun and fulfilling activity calendars and events for all of our great residents.
