Boston University seeks a creative and collaborative attorney to join its eleven-lawyer legal department. Reporting directly to the Senior Vice President, General Counsel and Secretary of the Board of Trustees, the attorney will primarily provide legal advice on business transactions, contracts, and corporate and intellectual property matters. Qualified candidates must be experienced in each of these areas but will also be expected to advise academic and business units of the University in other areas of law typical of a higher education practice as required by the needs of the office.
