The organization of this information is essential in ensuring that markets have quick access to key information in support of building and evolving their local HCP and HCC/Patient websites.
Specific responsibilities include:
• • Web documentation monitoring, ensuring that key information is added to the omni-channel and/or web online resource centers
• • Gathering and cataloging best web-related practices from the markets
• • CX/UX Standards Identification (in partnership with other groups within HH DD&A)
• • Web tagging & taxonomy monitoring .
