Associate Dean of Mathematics jobs in Wyoming
Associate Dean of Mathematics assists Dean with the management of administrative functions of the college of mathematics. Collaborates with Dean on planning college strategic initiatives and supports on college fundraising. Being an Associate Dean of Mathematics provides administrative leadership in areas of curriculum development, institutional assessment and improvement, human resource, faculty development and performance appraisals, budget and finance, and facilities planning and management. Typically requires an advanced degree. Additionally, Associate Dean of Mathematics typically reports to a Dean. The Associate Dean of Mathematics typically manages through subordinate managers and professionals in larger groups of moderate complexity. Provides input to strategic decisions that affect the functional area of responsibility. May give input into developing the budget. Capable of resolving escalated issues arising from operations and requiring coordination with other departments. Benefits:
Health and Dental Plans: The District offers 3 Health/Dental Plans with various deductible and co-pays. For 2023-2024 health insurance plans include $1,500 Deductible Plan, $2,500 Deductible Plan, and a $3,500 High Deductible Plan (Health Saving Account eligible).
Life Insurance: The District provides a life insurance policy at no cost to the employee and dependents. It is a $20,000 Term Life for the employee and $5,000 for dependents.
Wyoming State Retirement: The District pays 15.815% and the employee pays 2.805%
Paid Time Off (PTO): 11 days of per contract year.
