Associate Dean of Law jobs in Delaware

Kennedys, recently ranked as a Leading Firm in The Legal 500 US 2022, is seeking Associates with 1-3 years' litigation experience to join its Delaware team. In this role, the attorney will be actively involved in complex and interesting commercial disputes in the venerated Delaware business courts, as well as venues throughout the US. Required experience

• Excellent academic background
• Superior research, writing and communication skills
• Organized and self-motivated
• Experience handling all phases of the litigation process including drafting pleadings and motions, conducting discovery and appeals.
• Arbitration and/or trial experience is beneficial
• Must be licensed in Delaware; licensed in Pennsylvania, New Jersey or New York (a plus!)
