    Job Description: As a Personal Injury Litigation Attorney with Our Award Winning Client, you will play a vital role in managing a diverse caseload and advocating for our clients' interests. Your responsibilities will include:

    • Strategizing and developing case theories to achieve favorable outcomes.
    • Drafting legal documents, including pleadings, motions, and briefs, with precision.
    • Conducting comprehensive legal research to support case strategies.
    • Taking and defending depositions, facilitating expert testimony as needed.
    • Engaging in settlement negotiations to secure fair compensation for our clients.
    • Assisting in trial preparation and serving as second chair during trials.
    • Maintaining regular communication with clients to provide updates on case progress.
    • Supervising and directing support staff to ensure efficient case management.

    Qualifications: To succeed in this role, you will need:

    • 3-7 years of experience in plaintiff personal injury litigation.
    • Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree from an accredited law school.
    • Active membership in the California bar in good standing.
    • Strong legal research and analytical skills.
    • Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.
    • Client-focused approach with exceptional interpersonal skills.
    • Ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team.
    • High ethical standards and a commitment to professional integrity.
