Has considerable experience and is qualified to teach at undergraduate and graduate levels and conducts research and case studies in field of interest and may publish findings in trade journals or textbooks. The ADOA will help grow the Department’s major gift pipeline, and an emphasis will be placed on major gift fundraising.The ADOA reports to the Director of Advancement for Surgery with input from the Department Chair and Administrative Director of Surgery. The ADOA will effectively collaborate with faculty, colleagues, and staff both within the Department of Surgery and across campus.
