Job Summary and Qualifications

Plans, organizes, directs, defines, and coordinates clinical services necessary to meet the legal, organizational, and regulatory guidelines in order to provide effective therapeutic care to behavioral health patients. The Behavioral Health Social Services Manager is responsible for managing the social work and activity therapy staff to establish and maintain therapeutic programing and coordination of care with other departments and the community.

What qualifications you will need:

• Basic Cardiac Life Support must be obtained within 30 days of employment start date
• Nonviolent Crisis Intervention must be obtained within 30 days of employment start date
• Other-Fingerprint Required
• Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW)
• Masters Degree
