Qualifications Required:

• Valid Certified Registered Nurse Anesthetist (CRNA) certification
• Minimum of 1 year of experience
• Master's degree in Anesthesiology
• Board Certification as a CRNA
• Ohio state licensure or eligibility to obtain
• Background or interest in cardiac anesthesia preferred

Key Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with physicians to provide individualized mentoring to new graduates
• Administer anesthesia for a wide range of surgical specialties, including ENT, general surgery, orthopedics, neurosurgery, gynecology, urology, and pediatric cases
• Maintain proficiency in cardiac anesthesia techniques and procedures
• Participate in a care team model ensuring equitable call scheduling and support
• Demonstrate autonomy in practice with comprehensive support from medical staff and administration
• Contribute input into practice development and future initiatives
• Foster a culture of wellness and quality care through collaboration with colleagues and leadership
