We are looking for an outgoing, polished, and articulate professional to help with front desk operations and patient care.

The ideal candidate will be in charge of supporting front-desk patient flow, greeting patients and checking them in/out for appointments, answering phones, scheduling, and assisting clinicians.

We are looking for someone who can work effectively both independently and as a valuable team member. Must be willing to work in a hands-on, sleeves-rolled capacity, doing "whatever it takes" to help the practice grow.

Schedule: Five Days a week, Availability to work Evening is Saturdays required.

Requirements:

• Customer Service Skills: Communicating effectively and professionally both in person and via phone/email. Providing polished, white glove service to patients.
• Administrative Skills: Strong organizational, verbal, and written communication skills are required. Ability to multitask required.
• Professionalism in dress and presentation, honesty, an excellent work ethic, and a positive attitude are required.
• Flexible Schedule

Additional Qualifications:

• 4 years Previous customer service and front desk/receptionist experience
• Advanced with Apple computers, Excel spreadsheets, Google Suite, and email communications.
• Previous Scheduling and EHR Experience preferred
• Type accurately 50 wpm.
